Getting Started
What's the best way to start if I'm new?
Join a Friday prayer call. It's free, 30 minutes, and the fastest way to feel the room before you commit. From there, explore roundtables or membership.
Do I have to be a member to attend events?
No. Summits are open to non-members (members save). Prayer calls are open to anyone. Roundtables come with membership.
I'm early in my career without a big portfolio — is this for me?
Yes. What matters is your conviction, not the size of your holdings. Some of our most engaged members are just getting started.
Membership
What's the difference between Business and Investor?
Business gets you the community, roundtables, and discounts. Investor adds deal flow, investor-only gatherings, and an in-person summit pass. Pick based on whether you're actively deploying capital.
Can I switch tiers?
Anytime. Upgrade mid-cycle and you'll get prorated access to the added benefits.
Is there a trial period?
Yes. We offer a trial so you can experience the community before fully committing — and the Friday prayer calls are always free, member or not.

How is this different from other real estate groups?
