What happens in the room
Most of us build alone. We develop, we manage, we lend, we close, and few people around us understand why we do it the way we do.
This summit puts you in a room with people who do. Monday evening is stories from leaders already building this way. Tuesday is work: teaching in the morning, then the afternoon with the leaders from your own city, shaping a plan you can start on the week you get home.
You leave with a shared language, a clear picture of what your city needs, and the people to start with.
Why we gather
We are not the redeemers. That work is finished. Christ did it. We do not redeem land, or systems, or people. Our job is to make what He has already done visible in the places we hold.

Why you should be in the room
You own, develop, manage, lend on, or design property, and you want to build with other believers in your city.
Here is how the room fills: in each city, we are working alongside two or three leaders we know well, and each of them is gathering ten to twenty Christian real estate leaders from that city. If one of them invited you, get your ticket, and you will sit with your city on Tuesday. If you want to gather the leaders in your city, email us and we will talk.

Venue and hotel
Balboa Bay Resort, 1221 West Coast Highway, Newport Beach, California. On the harbor, a short drive from John Wayne Airport (SNA).
- Rooms. A group rate is held for Redemptive Real Estate in the Newport Double Queen rooms, resort fee included. Book by Thursday, October 8, 2026.
- By phone. Call (949) 630-4801 and give the group name, Redemptive Real Estate.
- Parking. Valet parking is available at the resort.

Cancellations. Cancel by October 8 for a full refund. After October 8, tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred to another leader through November 5. Email [email protected] to transfer.
Questions
Check-in opens Monday, November 9 at 4:00 PM and the cocktail hour starts at 5:00. We close Tuesday, November 10 at 4:00 PM. Fly in Monday morning and out Tuesday evening and you will not miss a thing.
