Application FAQ
How long does the application take?
About 5–10 minutes. We ask about your background, current work, and what you hope to gain from the Summit. There are no trick questions—we just want to understand who's in the room.
What is the acceptance rate?
We accept most applicants who are actively working in real estate and aligned with our mission. The application isn't about exclusivity—it's about ensuring the right mix of developers, investors, operators, and leaders for meaningful conversation.
When will I hear back?
Applications are reviewed within 5–7 business days. You'll receive an email with your status and next steps for payment if accepted.
Can I bring a colleague?
Yes! Each person must submit their own application and purchase their own pass. We encourage teams to attend together—just have each person apply separately.
What's the refund policy?
Full refunds are available up to 60 days before the event. Between 60–30 days, you may transfer your registration or receive a 50% refund. Within 30 days, registrations are non-refundable but may be transferred.
What is the Network Partner add-on?
For an additional $500 (normally $750), you get year-round access to our online community, mastermind invitations, personal introductions, and video archives from past summits. Network Partners also skip the application process for future events.
